BROKEN BOW–The Broken Bow Ambulance Service is hosting an open house on Thursday, May 19 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Broken Bow Fire Hall 1848 South G in Broken Bow (behind the Dollar General on the west side of town).
The public is invited to the Broken Bow Ambulance Open House which will include free blood pressure checks from 4 to 5 p.m. as well as the Life Net Air Ambulance landing at 5 p.m.
The annual event will also include door prizes drawn every half hour. Pulled pork sandwiches and sides will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. for a free-will donation. Raffle prizes such as a Black Stone Grill, Meat Bundle, and a Pool Pass will be available as well as special raffles prizes for kids.
The ambulance open house is a great opportunity to meet some of the dedicated emergency responders and medical staff of our community and take a look at the ambulances, medical helicopter, and other equipment.
