The agenda for the Broken Bow City Council meeting tonight has only two primary business items to attend to. Tonight’s meeting will start at 6:00 PM at the Broken Bow Municipal Building on South 10th Avenue.
In Communication business, the Council will hear about plans for the annual Healthcare on the Square event. The event, hosted by the Jennie M. Melham Memorial Medical Center is set to take place September 18 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM on the north side of the Broken Bow City Square, on South D Street. Expect food trucks, speakers, 20+ vendor booths, drawings and giveaways during the free community event.
Additionally, with the postponement of the 2025-2026 City Budget Hearing the Council will consider new dates to hold the hearing. The Budget Hearing was originally scheduled for 5:00 PM today.
