Board of Supervisors Agenda: October 25

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will meet tomorrow, October 25 at 9 a.m. on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.

In addition to the usual end-of-month claims and the Board of Equalization’s tax list corrections, the board will consider Resolution #42A-2022, which would amend the set levies for two fire districts, and Resolution #43-2022, which would direct the county treasurer to issue tax sale certification for Custer County.

The Board of Equalization will also hear the County Treasurer’s presentation of distress warrants issued by the County Sheriff’s Office, and Tim Conover, Weed Superintendent, will deliver updates regarding grant funding.

Bids will be open for 2023 paving improvements across the county. and for the Emergency Manager’s pickup. The county cell phone purchases will be designated, and the board will have consideration of authorizing Chairman Fox to execute on the notice of Saul Ramos Construction’s winning bid from the meeting prior.

The ongoing discussion surrounding the Employee Assistance Program will continue, as well.
