Board of Supervisors Agenda for September 13

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors is scheduled to meet for its regular session on Tuesday, September 13 on the top floor of the courthouse at 9 a.m.

On the docket are middle-of-month claims, committee reports, and the Board of Equalization’s tax list corrections and permissive exemptions.

Certification of distress warrants will be presented, and the board will hear requests for the striking of unpaid distress warrants. The board is also expected to approve the renewal of the Indirect Cost Allocation Plan for 2022-24, and discuss a management change for the Broken Bow Country Club.

The board will also discuss closing the road for next year’s SORC race. A public hearing will be held in the early afternoon on Custer County’s budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and the final tax request will be set.
