BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will hold its final meeting of February on the final day of February: Tuesday the 28 at 9 a.m.
The board will evaluate the end-of-month claims and enter the Board of Equalizations, as well as consider the permissive exemption application for the Angela Foundation.
Recycling Manager Kelly Flynn will deliver the quarterly recycling report, and the annual one- and six-year highway plans will be approved and adopted.
The supervisors will consider the easement agreement and memorandum of easement between BNSF and Custer County regarding the Anselmo railroad crossing, and will hear from the County Highway Department regarding leasing or buying road reclaimer.
Additionally, the board will consider approving Resolution #7-2023, which deals with the declaration of certain county property as surplus, and the employee handbook will be reviewed for sick time, vacation, and other updates.
