Arnold Fall Festival is Taking it Back to the 80s!

ARNOLD–“Great Scott!” It’s going to be a heavy weekend in Arnold during the annual Arnold Fall Festival this Saturday, September 17. Join Doc Brown, Marty McFly, and the community of Arnold as they take it Back to the 80s!

Festival organizer R.T. Green sums up the event’s support over the past couple of years with a decade-appropriate quote. “Arnold’s such a great city, ‘If you build it, they will come.'”

Go ahead and make your day by joining in the fun with the Vendor Fair, Historical Marker Scavenger Hunt, and Lunch at the Park after the Parade which is at 11 a.m.

After the parade, there will be activities at the park including a Rock Wall, a Bouncy House, and Petting Zoo. A Talent Show is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. and the Amateur Cornhole Tournament is at 1 p.m.

From 1 to 3 p.m. will be Face Painting and Kids’ Games such as Football Toss, Ladder Ball, Stick Pony Races, Squirt Gun Races, Obstacle Course, and Caramel Apples.

Golf Cart Races start at 2:30 p.m. followed by the Redneck Olympics, Double D Slingshot, and Toss Buddha Belly Balloon Relay.

The Rialto Theatre will be showing “DC League of Super-Pets” at 7 p.m. and music by B.J. Jamison will close out the evening at Grazer’s Bar & Grill from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
