CHI Health Good Samaritan Foundation recently awarded scholarships to 19 students whose field of study includes a career in healthcare. Several receiving scholarships were from the KCNI/KBBN listening area.

Since 1989, the Good Samaritan Health Career Scholarship Program has awarded $348,641 in scholarships to 492 future health professionals. The selection process for the scholarships began with an April 1 submission deadline and board members for the foundation served on the selection committee. The scholarship program is possible through donations.
