Area locations among revealed Nebraska Passport list for 2025

Visit Nebraska revealed the list of 70 Nebraska Passport stops for the 2025 event on Monday, yet again featuring a wide variety of destinations across the state. Both Nebraskans and visitors to the state are encouraged to put on miles traveling the state to collect stamps toward prizes. The passport spotlights Nebraska’s offering of tourism options and local businesses.

Among the 2025 locations is Ortello Dale in Broken Bow, a retail store on the west side of the square. The Visit Nebraska website describes it as a “home away from home” store with home decor, gifts, and unique one of a kind items. Ortello Dale is named after two neighboring valleys to the store’s location.

Calamus Outfitters of Burwell is also on this year’s passport, a vacation destination with lodging and activities for group getaways of any size. In the summer, activities include tanking and tubing, interpretive tours of the Switzer Ranch, and more.

Ten themed tours are again part of the passport’s 2025 offering along with 70 stops. Booklets guides will be available at passport stops when the program begins on May 1. A Nebraska Passport app is available for those who wish to hit the road digitally through the September 30 end date.
