BROKEN BOW–The Custer County Ag Society/Fair Board will meet for a regular board meeting on Thursday, July 14 at 7 p.m. at the Shooting Sports Building at the west end of the Custer County Fairgrounds.
Items on the agenda include approval of minutes from the June 9 meeting and approval of monthly bills. The Ag Society will hear committee reports from the Extension Office, 4-H Council, Grounds Manager JJ Martin, Administrator Michelle Nelson, and the Grounds Committee.
Under New Business, the board will discuss mileage for fair judges, tax levy request for 2022-2023, possibilities of future demo derbies, and 2022 fair responsibilities.
