BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Ag Society will hold its regular and annual board meetings consecutively on Thursday, November 10 at the Shooting Sports Building on the Custer County Fairgrounds.
The regular meeting will begin at 7 p.m., where the board will hear reports from the Extension Office, the 4H Council, and the Administrator. Additionally, the board will pay its monthly bills and approve the minutes from its October 13 meeting.
The Ag Society’s annual board meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. The board will approve minutes from last year’s meeting, hear the financial reports for the year ending on June 30, 2022, and reports from the President and Administrator.
In new business, the board will discuss electing three board members for the next term, which goes from 2023-2025. Those members up for election are Casey Cooksley, Rodney Lamb, and Steve Horn.
Both meetings are open to the public; a full agenda is attached.
