BROKEN BOW, Neb. – Adams Land & Cattle (Adams) owners Jerry and Bill Adams have announced the promotion of Abram Babcock and Mark Byars to CEO and CFO respectively. The changes are effective July 15.
Babcock joined Adams in 2010 and since assuming the role of President in 2017 has driven strategy, executed key initiatives, and developed a strong, people-focused culture. Jerry and Bill said that his vision and steady guidance have positioned the company for continued success and sustainable growth.
New Chief Financial Officer Mark Byars has been Vice President of Finance at Adams since joining the company in 2011.
Going forward, Babcock and the management team will work to take the ‘family’ to the next level, while Jerry and Bill will remain focused on their support and leadership in the organization, community, state, and industry.
