The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission announced recently that permits for next year can be purchased as of this past Friday. (November 15).
Annual 2025 hunt (small game), fishing, fur harvest and state park entry permits are available online, at district offices and state park areas. They are valid January 1 through December 31 of 2025.
With a Nebraska vehicle park entry permit, more than 75 state parks, recreation areas, and state historical parks can be accessed for the entire year. Locations can be found by accessing the “Find a Park” feature on the Nebraska Game and Parks website.
Also available on the Game and Parks website is the Small Game and Waterfowl Guide, as well as the Fishing Guide to aid in discovering possibilities.
Nebraska Game and Parks reminded visitors that spending time in the outdoors is good for your physical and mental well-being, and that it’s an investment in Nebraska’s natural resources for the future.
Some permits may have age and residency restrictions, and stamps may also be required. For more information on permits, including how to purchase them, you can visit OutdoorNebraska.gov or a Game and Parks office.
