BLAIR – A blight and substandard study of the former Dana Campus is on the agenda for the Blair City Council tomorrow night. That designation would assist in redevelopment of the property. That study will be forwarded to the city planning commission for discussion and recommendation. New members for the Blair Volunteer Fire Department will also be presented to the council. That meeting starts at 7pm in the Council Chambers at 218 South 16th Street.
