Broken Bow Wins Weather Shortened Broken Bow Girls Golf Invite

The Broken Bow girls golf team claimed the team title of their home invite on Tuesday at the Broken Bow Golf Club.  The tournament was shortened to nine holes due to a rain/weather delay which halted play for a good portion of the morning.  Broken Bow won the team championship with a 201 team score followed by Ainsworth in second with a 210.

Broken Bow was led by Emersyn Palmer who recorded a round of 46 to finish second overall.  Broken Bow medaled four golfers in the top 15.  Caylee Cook was 14th with a 53.  Tiana Hurlburt was 12th with a round of 52 and Adelyn Kirkpatrick placed 8th with a round of 50.  The individual champion was Jordyn Larsen of Ravenna with a low round of 40.  Of area note, Austin Deibler of Mullen placed 15th with a round of 53.
