Ansley/Litchfield hosted a volleyball triangular with Anselmo-Merna and Twin Loup on Thursday in Litchfield. Ansley/Litchfield went 2-0 to improve to 6-2 overall this season. A/L def. Anselmo-Merna in straight sets 25-14, 25-14 and got by Twin Loup in straight sets 25-10, 25-21. In the other match of the night, Anselmo-Merna and Twin Loup went the distance in a close back and forth match. AM won the first set 25-23 but Twin Loup came back to tie the match winning set #2 25-21. In the third, Anselmo-Merna hung on for a 25-20 win to secure its third win of the season.
