The North Platte cross country invitational took place Thursday. The meet was held at Oregon Trail golf course at Sutherland.
Rinlee Blomstedt of McCook was the girls individual champion with a winning time of 19:30. Among the area highlights, Ady Hampton of Mullen and Ashlyn Schauda of Broken Bow each finished in the top fifteen. Hampton was 12th overall with a time of 21:46 and Schauda was right behind in 13th with a time of 21:48. For full girls results click here.
Coltan Ham of North Platte St. Pat’s was the boys individual champion with a winning time of 16:12. Braylon Kuncl of Mullen finished in the top fifteen placing 14th overall with a time of 18:22. Broken Bow was led by Emmett Palmer who finished 32nd overall with a time of 19:23. For full boys results click here.
North Platte was both the boys and girls team champion and Scottsbluff was team runner-up in both divisions.
