Matt Drew takes over as head coach of the Ansley/Litchfield football program this season. The Spartans will compete in six-man football this season and will look to improve on their 2-6 record from a year ago.
Ansley/Litchfield will compete in the D6-4 district with Elba, Riverside, Santee, and Stuart. A/L kicks off its season August 28th when they travel to Medicine Valley followed by their home opener against SEM on September 3rd.
Central Nebraska’s Sports Source will feature the Spartans on September 11th when they face Silver Lake for an afternoon kickoff and again Thursday October 1st when they host Elba. Games will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com.
