The Broken Bow American Legion seniors baseball team collected its 13th win of the season holding off Cozad Monday night. A five run fourth inning proved to be the difference as Broken Bow collected a 6-3 win. Cozad brought the tying run to the plate in the bottom of the 7th but Jackson Hall threw out a runner trying to steal second for the third out to secure the win. Hall started the game on the mound going 4.1 innings giving up just one run on five hits to pick up the win. Kayden Record pitched 1.1 innings of scoreless relief to close out the game and pick up the save. Kanzas Kellum was 2 for 2 with an RBI. Xach Lowry was 2 for 4 with one run scored and one run batted in and Colton Uhlig also had a multi-hit game finishing 2 for 3 with a run scored.
