The annual Broken Bow community wide garage sales are set for June 5 and 6, with dozens of sales expected across the community as bargain hunters search for everything from household items and furniture to collectibles and hidden treasures.
The event is coordinated by the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce, which is once again providing resources to help shoppers find participating locations.
“There are people that are going to be doing them on Thursday or do them on Sunday as well (in addition to the Chamber dates Friday and Saturday) and for those that have signed up through the Chamber we have them on an interactive Google map,” said Stephanie Grafel, Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce Executive Director.
A complete list of participating garage sales can be found at the end of this story.
For those who prefer a printed guide, paper maps are available at the Broken Bow Chamber of Commerce office and at the downtown Trotter’s Whoa & Go location.
The community wide event has become a popular kickoff to the summer season in Broken Bow over the years, coming on the heels of this past Thursday’s first Market in the Square also put on by the chamber.
