Appearing in Custer County Court for a preliminary hearing on Monday, May 18th was Tony L. Nolan, age 61 of Callaway. Nolan waived his right to the preliminary hearing and his case was bound over to Custer County District Court where he will appear on May 28th. Nolan is charged with 3rd degree assault of a health care professional, a Class 3A felony, as a result of an alleged incident on February 25th.
