OMAHA, Neb.— The Nebraska State Patrol has arrested a Millard Public Schools teacher as part of an ongoing child exploitation investigation.
Today, at approximately 6:15 a.m., NSP investigators served a search warrant as part of the investigation and arrested Matthew Lund, 47, of Omaha. Lund was arrested at his residence.
Lund was lodged in Douglas County Corrections for possession of child sexual abuse material (commonly known as child pornography) and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
Lund is a teacher at Andersen Middle School in Millard Public Schools. The investigation remains ongoing, but at this point there is no indication that any students are victims in this case.
