District Court News From March 5th

Richard E. Brass, Jr., age 32 of Broken Bow, appeared in Custer County District Court on Thursday, March 5^th for an arraignment. Brass is charged with possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine, a Class IV felony; possession of marijuana, less than one ounce, an infraction; and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction. He pleaded not guilty to all charges. Judge Karin Noakes set a jury trial in the case for June 15^th with a pretrial conference scheduled for May 21^st.
