Recap of Custer County Court Criminal Cases for Monday, November 3rd

Two individuals made their first appearances in Custer County Court on Monday, November 3.

Christopher E. Muggy, age 52 of Broken Bow, faces a charge of possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine, a Class IV felony. Matt Furrow was appointed as Muggy’s attorney and a preliminary hearing was set for December 8th. Bond in the case will run concurrent with a 3rd degree domestic assault charge that was previously bound over to Custer County District Court. The defendant was remanded to the custody of the Custer County Sheriff.

Also in court making his first appearance was Isiah A. Pascoe, age 24 of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Pascoe faces two counts—possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute concaine, a Class II felony, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, a Class IIA felony. Bond was continued and Pascoe’s preliminary hearing was scheduled for December 8th.

The preliminary hearing for Jeff A. Grubtill, age 65 of Broken Bow, was continued until December 1st. Grubtill is charged with assault by strangulation, a Class IIIA felony, and with 3rd degree domestic assault, a Class I misdemeanor.
