The NSAA released the brackets for girls sub district volleyball which begins on Monday.
Broken Bow will compete at the C1-8 sub district hosted by Lincoln Lutheran. Broken Bow will face Central City in the opening match with the winner advancing to play Lincoln Lutheran on Monday. The other match on Monday will feature #2 seed David City vs #3 seed Kearney Catholic. The sub final will take place on Tuesday (10/28). All Broken Bow matches will be broadcast on KCNI radio.
Ansley/Litchfield will be the host of the D1-10 sub district in Ansley. The Lady Spartans are the top seed and will host Sandhills Valley on Monday. The other match Monday will feature #2 seed Brady vs #3 seed South Loup. The sub final will be played on Tuesday. A live video stream of all matches with play by play audio will be available on the Sandhills Express Facebook Page and Sandhills Express You Tube Channel.
SEM will host the D2-7 sub district. Monday’s opening round begins with Twin Loup vs Palmer with the winner advancing to play the top seed SEM on Monday. The other match will feature #2 seed Anselmo-Merna vs #3 seed Elba. The sub final will be played on Tuesday. All matches from the D2-7 sub will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com
Arcadia/Loup City will play at the C2-7 sub at St. Paul. The Lady Rebels will open against Ravenna with the winner advancing to play top seed St. Paul on Monday. Monday’s other match will feature #2 seed Ord vs #3 seed Maxwell.
Sandhills/Thedford and Mullen are placed in the D2-10 sub at Thedford. Sandhills/Thedford is the top seed and will host Arthur County. Mullen is the #2 seed and will face Hyannis. The winners will play each other in the sub final on Tuesday.
Burwell will compete at the D1-7 sub at Central Valley. Burwell is the #3 seed and will face Riverside on Monday. Cozad and Gothenburg will both compete at the C1-10 sub at Ogallala. Cozad will face Chadron with the winner advancing to play the top seed Ogallala on Monday. Gothenburg is the #2 seed and will face the winner of Chase County vs Bridgeport on Monday.
