The Custer County Ag Society is scheduled to hold its regular monthly meeting at 7:00 PM this evening. The Ag Society meets in the Shooting Sports Building on the Custer County Fairgrounds.
On the docket for the Ag Society Board in old business is the finalization of dates for the 2026 Custer County Fair, and an update on the 2026 Winter Ball. The Fair dates were left open in the last meeting following discussion of expansion of the fair to cover two weekends in late July next year.
In new business, the Board will discuss purchases of a new safe for the Fair office, as well as a new mower for use in 2026. A discussion of costs for new lighting in the grandstands will also be held.
