Several cases were bound over to Custer County District Court after preliminary hearings were waived in Custer County Court on Monday.
Krystina Rugg, age 39 of Sargent, waived her right to a preliminary hearing on Friday the 5th according to court documents. Rugg is accused of the sexual abuse of two minor students resulting in charges of first degree and third degree sexual abuse by a school employee. She will appear in district court on September 25.
Jeffrey Plumb, age 60 of Yucca Valley, California will be in district court on September 18 after his waiving of a preliminary hearing. Plumb is facing felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute (methamphetamine) and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
Genevieve Soland, age 43 of Fairmont, Minnesota had her case moved to district court as well with the waiving of a preliminary hearing. She will appear on September 18 facing a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Cody Patterson, age 33 of Arnold, waived his preliminary hearing regarding charges of Driving Under the Influence fourth offense aggravated, driving without an ignition interlock device, and driving during revocation. He will be in district court on September 25.
