Next Saturday (July 19), the Custer County Fairgrounds will be descended upon by several of ‘man’s best friend’ for the Custer County 4-H Dog Show, put on by the Dog Gone Fun 4-H Club.
4-H handlers will show both their own skills and the skills of their dogs in obedience, showmanship, agility, and rally competition.

The public is invited to attend and watch starting at 8 AM, but the club asks that no un-entered dogs be brought to the arena or bleacher area.
Concessions will be available from the Broken Bow First United Methodist Church, including cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea, water, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, and brownies a la mode.
KCNI/KBBN will be video streaming from the dog show again this year on the Sandhills Express YouTube and Facebook pages. The stream will begin after obedience and showmanship ahead of agility and rally competition.
