Funeral Service for Karen Kay Johnson age 83 of Johnstown, NE will be held on Friday (June 20, 2025) at 10:30 AM in the United Methodist Church in Ainsworth, NE. Burial will follow in the Ainsworth Cemetery. Karen Johnson passed away Monday (June 16, 2025) at the Kearney Regional Medical Center in Kearney, NE.

Visitations for Karen Johnson will be held on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PMin the Hoch Funeral Home in Ainsworth and continue on Friday one hour prior to the services are the church. Those attending services are asked to please wear casual attire. In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to the Johnstown United Methodist Church or the Ainsworth American Legion Post #79 in Karen’s name.
