The City of Broken Bow has announced a planned power outage for Saturday (May 3).
The outage will occur from 9 AM to 1 PM, a part of continued conversion work following the power plant explosion that happened in February.
A majority of the outage is between Highway 2 and South B Street from South 8th Avenue west to South 13th Avenue. The north and west sides of the square will be affected by the outage and several businesses in the affected area have made individual announcements regarding their plans due to not having power.
