Custer County Court was in session on Monday, March 3rd with Judge Tami Schendt presiding. Only one criminal felony case was heard when Attorney Matthew Furrow appeared on behalf of his client, Preston J. Foster, age 38 of Broken Bow. Furrow informed the Court that he was filing a waiver of the first appearance for his defendant who is charged with DUI-3rd offense, a felony. A preliminary hearing in the case was set for May 5th.
