The Broken Bow City Council meets Tuesday, January 28th at 6pm in the Municipal Building.
Under New Business, the council will consider opening a public hearing to discuss the potential of granting a Conditional Use Permit at 704 South 8th Ave in Broken Bow. If awarded, commercial firearm and archery sales and services would be allowed from a residential district.
Council will also consider opening a public hearing to potentially change the zoning classification of residential multifamily to commercial highway at Sargents 3rd add block 1 lot 3.
Also Tuesday evening, Library Director Megan Svoboda will give the library’s annual report for fiscal year 2023-2024.
