The Broken Bow volleyball team was runner up at the Adams Central Tournament on Saturday. Broken Bow opened the tournament with a straight set win over Centura 25-19, 25-20. Izabelle Tibbs had a team high 7 kills in the match. Broken Bow faced Malcolm in the semifinals. The Lady Indians would win in straight sets 25-15, 25-13. Klarissa Dowdy and Olivia Neely each had five kills to lead the offensive attack. Broken Bow met Superior for the title. The championship match went three sets. Broken Bow won the first set 25-16 but Superior came back to win the 2nd set 25-18. In the third and deciding set, Superior edged Broken Bow 26-24 to claim the title. Broken Bow is now 12-6 on the season.
