The Broken Bow City Council will meet in regular session on Tuesday, July 23rd, at 6:00 p.m. in the Broken Bow Municipal Building.
The council members will discuss emergency weather protocols and receive an update concerning the July 16th storm.
Under new business, the Council will consider a lease agreement between the City of Broken Bow and Larry Harbour for a public restroom space for the downtown square.
The Council will consider a resolution authorizing a $227,573.05 payment to Meyers Construction for work completed so far on the Eagle Crest Subdivision. The council members will also discuss and may or may not approve a Highway 2 Sanitary Sewer Extension Agreement with Meyers Construction.
The meeting is open to the public. However, the Council may hold a closed session anytime during the meeting to discuss any matter on the agenda.
