BROKEN BOW – The Broken Bow City Council is holding its second January meeting on Tuesday and 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Auditorium.
Under other communications, the Library will give its annual report for the 2022-2023 Fiscal year.
Under new business, the council will have the consideration of approving Council President Russ Smuth as an authorized signer for all City Accounts held at Bruning Bank and Nebraska State Bank. There will also be a discussion about the Eagle Crest Subdivision bid approval, and amendment number four owner-engineer agreement with JEO Consulting group. The council will also set the date and time for a City Council Workshop with Al Vacanti.
There will be two public hearings, one regarding ordinance 1275, mandatory trash removal fees, and the other regarding 1276, mobile food vendors: providing rules and regulations governing mobile food vendors.
