BROKEN BOW – An upcoming new year always brings a lot of excitement, so what better way to celebrate than with a bang? Fireworks are to be sold started December 29.
New Year’s fireworks must follow City Ordinances. Fireworks may be sold on December 29 from 9:00 a.m. through 11:00 p.m. on December 31.
Fireworks can be discharged from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. on December 29 and 30th, and from 9:00 a.m. on December 31 to 1:00 a.m. on the morning of January 1, 2024.
Police Chief Steve Scott stated that “For your own personal safety and the safety of the community, use caution with your display”.
