Elm Creek hosted a volleyball triangular with South Loup and Anselmo-Merna Tuesday night. South Loup was the big winner going 2-0 on the night. South Loup opened with a thrilling three set victory against Anselmo-Merna. South Loup won the first set 25-23 but AM would come back to tie the match with a 25-23 win in set #2. The two teams went extra points in the third set with South Loup winning 29-27. The Bobcats followed that up with a 2-1 win over Elm Creek. After dropping set #1 25-19, South Loup came back to win set #2 25-15 and won the third set 25-13. In the other match of the night, Elm Creek won over Anselmo-Merna 2-1 with scores going 25-12, 22-25, 25-20.
