CALLAWAY – In the wake of last Saturday’s storm, the Village of Callaway has announced a community-wide cleanup on Thursday, August 10 at 8 a.m.
The cleanup will begin at Morgan Park; those interested in helping should bring as much equipment as they can to help clear fallen trees, including chainsaws, rakes, and cob forks.
Additionally, utility vehicles are requested by those who can spare them; these could be ATVs or UTVs, as well as trailers to help haul what will without question be a great deal of wood.
