BROKEN BOW – The Custer County District Court heard 2 criminal cases on Thursday morning.
Timothy J. Murphy-Martinez, 33 of Longmont, Colorado, did not appear for a hearing in his case, though a warrant was only recently issued. Murphy-Martinez is currently facing a revocation of probation in conjunction with a single possession of a controlled substance charge, a Class IIA felony.
Timothy A. Ramsdell, 29 of Broken Bow, appeared for sentencing in his case; Ramsdell had previously violated the Sex Offender Registry Act, initially a Class IIIA felony. Ramsdell entered a no-contest plea in exchange for an amended, reduced charge, and was sentenced to 2 years of probation.
