BROKEN BOW – The Custer County District Court heard a single criminal case Thursday morning.
Justin W. Spencer, 48 of Kearney, appeared to admit or deny allegations of a probation violation. Spencer had reached an agreement with the court that would require him to check in telephonically with the probation office daily in exchange for admitting to violating 4 counts of his probation.
Spencer was initially sentenced for domestic assault, a Class III felony. His case will move to resentencing in October.
