Board of Supervisors agenda: April 25

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will hold its last April meeting on Tuesday, April 25 on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.

The board will evaluate the end-of-month claims and hear committee reports, as well as a report on the Cooksley Complex Fire from the Emergency Management Department.

A special purchase has been proposed for a 2022 reclaimer, and a decision may be made regarding the county’s old reclaimer.

Resolution #20-2023, which would declare certain county property as surplus, will be considered, and the board will discuss equipment for capital expenditures.

Bids for lawn and snow care will be opened; the board is considering a two-year contract for the services. A report will be delivered regarding updating courtroom technology, and the Weed Department will present the annual evaluation and compliance report.

Additionally, the board will discuss the addendum for its renewal with DHHS as well as evaluate the settlement agreement for the claim on the roof damage and repair. A full agenda is attached; as always, the meeting is open to the public.
