BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Ag Society’s April meeting has been officially rescheduled after its postponement due to the Cooksley Complex Fire; the meeting will now take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 17 at the Shooting Sports Building on the Custer County Fairgrounds.
The board will approve the minutes from the March meeting and the monthly bills, as well as hear committee reports from the Extension Office, the 4-H Council, and the Fairgrounds Administrator.
In old business, the board will revisit the subject of fans for both the indoor arena and the show ring.
In new business, the board will hear the audit report; additionally, the board will discuss the possibility of hiring 2 employees for the upcoming fair season and a replacement roof for the hog barn.
