NSAA sets this week as Music Judge Appreciation Week

LINCOLN – The Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) has designated the week of April 17th through 22nd as NSAA Music Adjudicators Appreciation Week.

The weeklong campaign will highlight various aspects of NSAA Music. Member schools are being encouraged to get involved by reading an appreciation script prior to all District Music Contests and sharing what they are doing to respect the adjudicator by tagging @nsaahome on Twitter.

“The NSAA and our member schools will be making a special effort to show our appreciation for our music adjudicators this week,” said NSAA Assistant Director Taryn Retzlaff.

“Nebraska has phenomenal arts programming and activities like music that is an integral part of a student’s high school experience. Without the passion and commitment of our adjudicators, we would be unable to provide these opportunities to students across the state.”
