The Ord boys golf invitational was played Tuesday at the Ord Golf Club. Competitors battled through adverse weather as the meet was shortened to a nine hole tournament because of the conditions. Broken Bow placed third in the team standings with a team score of 182. GICC was the team champion with a 157 and St. Paul was runner up with a 169. The individual champion was Sam Wells of St. Paul with a low round of 36. Broken Bow placed three golfers in the top 15 led by Hagen Campbell who placed 10th with a 42. Dakota Baum placed 12th with a 44 and Zack Gaffney placed 13th with a 45. Arcadia/Loup City’s Peyton Garrelts also placed in the top 15 finishing 11th with a 42.
