Twin Loup was among the teams that competed Tuesday at the Mansfield track and field invitational hosted by Boone Central High School. Some of the highlights for the Wolves included Quincy Ryker placing in the top five of two events. Ryker was runner up in the boys 100 meters in a time of 11.67 seconds. Ryker placed fifth in the boys pole vault with an effort of 11 feet even. Justin Folkers had two top three finishes. Folkers was runner up in the boys high jump with an effort of 5’8” and was third in the triple jump with an effort of 38’ 11.5”. On the girls side, Elissa Kipp of Twin Loup medaled in the top six of both throwing events. Kipp was 5th in the shot put with an effort of 31’ 6.25” and was 6th in the discus with an effort of 85’ 4”.
