BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will hold its final meeting of March on Tuesday, March 28 at 9 a.m. on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.
The board is expected to go over its end-of-month claims and hear applications to cross the county right-of-way, as well as enter the Board of Equalizations.
In anticipation of the busy road repair season, the board will open bids for culverts, asphalt, gravel, and grader and drag blades. The supervisors will also open bids for the preparation of the county budget, and discuss two resolutions: #9-2023, which deals with additional securities for First National Bank in Sargent, and #10-2023, which will declare certain county property as surplus.
The board will also revisit cell phone and technology contracts, hear from the Safety and Incident Management Program, and discuss designations for opioid settlements.
A full agenda is attached; as always, the meeting is open to the public.
