Board of Supervisors agenda: March 14

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will hold its mid-month regular meeting on Tuesday, March 14 at 9 a.m. on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.

The board will hear the middle-of-month claims, and approve the February monthly fee reports as well as tax list corrections from the Board of Equalization.

Additionally, the board will hear two items from the Custer Economic Development Corporation: a request for loan forgiveness on the CDBG loan, and a release on a deed of re-conveyance.

The board will also hear applications to cross the county right-of-way, and discuss Resolution #8-2023, which will declare certain county property as surplus. The Highway Department’s hardware will be discussed, as will the County Sheriff’s jail budget.

Two virtual items are on the docket as well: a discussion of the Safety & Incident Management Program and the county website’s history tab, courtesy of the Custer County Historical Society.

The meeting, as always, is open to the public, and a full agenda is attached.
