Board of Supervisors Agenda: February 14

BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 14 at 9 a.m. on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.

The board will review committee reports, minutes and mail, as well as the middle-of-month claims. The supervisors will also enter the Board of Equalizations.

Additionally, the January monthly fee reports will be approved, and the board will consider the appointment of Neil Ostrand to the Planning Commission Board. Troy Walz of the Custer County Extension Office will present his annual report, and Walz will be joined by Brian Cox to present the interlocal agreement between the Extension Office and Custer County.

The board will hold a public hearing to approve Resolution #6R-2023, which deals with the annual one and six-year highway plans, and hear applications to cross the county right-of-way. Finally, the board will hear an update from Zelle HR regarding budget preparation and updates to the employee handbook.
