BROKEN BOW – The Custer County Board of Supervisors will have its regular meeting on Tuesday, January 24 at 2 p.m. on the top floor of the Custer County Courthouse.
The supervisors are expected to evaluate their end of month claims, and hear from the Board of Equalization regarding tax list corrections.
County Treasurer Bryant will deliver the semi-annual statement, and appeals to cross county right-of way will be considered.
Three resolutions are on the docket for consideration, as well. Resolution #3R-2023 would approve a special pre-purchase, Resolution #4R-2023 would allow for the posting of load limit signs, and Resolution #5R-2023 examines load limit permits exceeding restrictions.
The board will also hear from Keith Ellis of the CEDC on several topics related to the Community Development Block Grant program, including loan status and funds reports and reusing and revolving loan funds for the CDBG.
