The NSAA released the pairings for girls subdistrict basketball today. Girls subdistrict tournaments will take place next week. Broken Bow is the top seed in the C1-10 subdistrict at Central Valley High School in Greeley. Broken Bow will play Tuesday (2/12) against the winner of Ravenna / Centura who play on Monday (2/11). Central Nebraska’s Sports Source will provide live coverage of all Broken Bow girls postseason games on KCNI 1280 AM / 96.3 FM and on kcni1280.com.
Mullen is the top seed in the D2-9 subdistrict at North Platte St. Pat’s. Mullen will play Tuesday against the winner of McPherson County / Stapleton who play Monday. Tuesday’s other matchup will feature Sandhills/Thedford (the 2 seed) against Anselmo-Merna (the 3 seed). Tuesday’s games will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and on kbbn.com
Burwell is the top seed in the C2-9 subdistrict at Ord. Burwell will play Palmer on Tuesday while Arcadia/Loup City (the 3 seed) will play Twin River (the 2 seed)
South Loup (Callaway/Arnold) earned the top seed at the C2-11 subdistrict in Cozad. The Lady Bobcats will play Tuesday against the winner of Monday’s Maxwell / Southern Valley matchup.
Pleasanton is the top seed at the D1-9 subdistrict in Broken Bow. SEM will play Twin Loup (Sargent/Loup County) on Monday with the winner advancing to play Pleasanton on Tuesday. Tuesday’s other matchup will feature Central Valley (the 2 seed) against Ansley/Litchfield (the 3 seed)
Gothenburg will play Cozad in the opening game of the C1-11 subdistrict at Sutherland on Monday with the winner advancing to play the top seed Ogallala on Tuesday.
All subdistrict finals will by finals will be played on Thursday (2/14)
