The Marshall County Sheriff couldn't find the owner of this horse and has scheduled a drawing for Friday. To get your chance, you have to show up in person and get your name in the drawing. The winner has to show that he or she can take care of the horse, pay the vet and storage bill and replace two bags of horse feed.
